Deficiency effects of Vitamin B5, B6 and B7
Vitamin B5
Pantothenic acid - This Deficiency can end result in acne and paresthesia, even though it is uncommon.
Vitamin B6
Pyridoxine - This Deficiency may result to anemia, depression, dermatitis, high blood pressure (hypertension), water retention, and high levels of homocysteine.
Vitamin B7
Biotin - This Deficiency does not normally cause symptoms in adults, although, may perhaps lead to impaired growth and neurological disorders in infants.
