Symptoms of Vitamin B5 deficiencies

Most of these symptoms and signs get determined with external administration of pantothenic acid. Vitamins B12, folic acid and biotin are necessary for suitable use of vitamin B5 in the body's biochemical activities. Additionally, vitamin C somewhat helps prevent B5 deficiency. The deficiencies are

· abdominal and muscle cramps

· painful & burning feet

· skin abnormalities

· numbness and poor coordination

· vomiting

· anaemia

· insomnia and depression

· stunted growth

· restlessness
